Cathode Roller CNC Lathe
The machine is specially for cathode roller machining, Consists of headstock, machine bed base, integral three way guide rail machine bed (tailstock right left cutter saddle share to use), left cutter saddle, middle cutter saddle, right cutter saddle, tailstock, electric control system, lubrication system. Main transmission system and infeed transmission system adopts separation type, has CNC function. The head of the machine mounted on the headstock, right and left cutter saddle mounted on the integral three way guide rail carrier, tailstock installed on the guide rail of integral three guide rail tailstock. Main spindle driven motor installed on the separately motor tail base.
The machine head installed on the headstock tail base, right and left tool saddle installed on the guide rail of integral three way guide rail. Main spindle driven motor mounted on separately motor bottom base.
The machine is used for different materials cutting by using high speed steel or carbide tool. Machine can turning for outer and internal face, outer and internal coned face, irregural surface and ends face, of big size axis, disc and roller shape parts.
Cathode roller CNC lathe is custom-made for processing cathode rollers, electrolytic copper foil, and titanium cathode rollers. It can process parts with a diameter of 3-5 meters and a length of 3-8 meters. The turning is fast and the precision is high. It can be used in the production of cathode rollers. Greatly improve work efficiency.
